Fees

At this time, Eleanor is offering Telehealth (phone or video) appointments only.

Eleanor is available on Monday and Friday.  

Eleanor is able to see the following clients:

  • Privately funded clients

  • Clients utilising Mental Health Care Plans

  • Clients funded by TAC

  • Clients funded by Workcover

  • Clients funded by NDIS (plan managed only)

  • Other third party funders.

To make an appointment, please get in touch by email. Eleanor may make a time for a quick chat over the phone to gather some initial information

For clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan, a Medicare rebate is available.

Students and concession card holders are welcome to discuss their financial situation with Eleanor.

Please note Eleanor does not provide a crisis service. If you require crisis support, you can contact the following 24/7 services:
