Eleanor’s approach is warm and collaborative and she draws on a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and trauma-focused therapies including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mentalisation Based Therapy, and somatic and mindfulness techniques.  

Presenting client issues may include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, loss, relationship difficulties, and adjustment to significant life events.

Eleanor has worked in community, non-governmental organisation, and inpatient public health settings in addition to private practice. Eleanor’s work incorporates a stance of curiosity and is informed by her interest in attachment and complex trauma.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and a Master of Psychology (Clinical). She is a registered practitioner with the Psychology Board of Australia, and a member of The Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Eleanor is available on Monday and Friday.
